Raw Cashew Nuts

The Cashew Kernel is Nested inside a nut shell, which is used as raw material  for processing 

Nut Grading 

Before roasting cashew nuts are graded  according to their sizes

Roasting

The cashew nuts are heated with stream at high pressure to make shell soft

THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Cutting

After Roasting, raw nuts are allowed to cool, then cut into two halves

Hot Chamber

A specially designed  is used to heat  the cashew so that cashew husk can be peeled off easily

Machine peeling 

Peeling machine removes the outer husk from  cashew kernels surface

Sorting

Cashew sorting machine  separate testa, inset damage,scorched,burned

rotten cashews, deserts, black spot and all types of foreign  material 

Size wise grading

After sorting process, cashew kernels are graded according  to their sizes 

Manual Grading 

After sorting process, cashew kernels are graded according  to their sizes,color and shape 

Piece Separator 

Cashew piece separator  have different mesh size  and easily removes small size cashew which really reduce man power 

Drying process

Before Packing,moisture is removed in drying chamber to make cashew crispy and avoids any deterioration during storage

Tin Packing with nitrogen

To maintain freshness, tin is flushed with Nitrogen gas and sealed to avoid any air or moisture enter from outside. This process ensures longer self-life of cashew kernel

Retail packing with Co2: (Flavored and normal

To maintain freshness, tin is flushed withCo2 gas and sealed to avoid any air or moisture enter from outside. This process ensures longer self-life of cashew kernel

Bulk Packing:

The two tins are kept inside a box and closed

with strap. The box is ready to dispatch
